Refund policy



No returns and no replacements, please email me and we can work to resolve any issues. we are a very small scale farm and only grow a couple plants of each variety, so stock is very limited.

please remember dahlia tubers are plant roots! They come in all shapes and sizes, the only thing that matters is viability. I will not refund for “ugly” tubers. If your tubers arrive and have a bit of green mold, don’t fret! Use some Lysol spray and let air dry.

Open your packages the same day you receive them! Dahlia tubers need to breathe! Your dahlia tubers will be packaged in zipper bags with pine shavings for shipping.  

Notify us no later than 3 days after arrival if there are problems with your tubers. We are not responsible for negligent planting or care when tubers are planted. Will issue a refund if we find a refund is warranted. We will not refund or provide replacement for tubers grown outside of normal growing conditions. If there are issues with your package due to shipping related accidents please reach out to usps directly, all packages will be shipped priority with up-to $100 insurance, and will add additional when necessary to cover your tuber purchase in case something happens along the way, it is your responsibility to file a claim with usps.
